Ms Mehrunisa Zafar
Mehrunisa has over 10 years’ experience working in the Environmental and Sustainability field. Mehrunisa has a background in Environmental Sciences and has a Masters in Environmental Development and Economics from the London School of Economics. Her background includes working for international environmental consultancies carrying out EHS Due Diligences, EHS Management, Corporate Sustainability and Environmental Management, International Finance Projects, helping clients with Environmental Planning, Permitting and Auditing across a range of industries for both the public and private sectors. An experienced consultant, she has managed major resource development projects that are required to comply with internationally recognized standards and guidelines, such as the Equator Principles and the policies and procedures of the World Bank Group and major banks. She is experienced at working with companies incorporating international sustainability standards and guidelines into business strategies. She has completed projects in Europe and Asia, including in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Macau, China and the UK.
